Katie Taylor is an international executive and development leader with extensive experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors—what Harvard Business Review calls a “tri-sector athlete”. Most recently, she has led the Pan American Development Foundation to historic results. She has successfully led multi-million dollar businesses, turned around organizations, launched new initiatives and business lines, and delivered results, impact, and organizational improvement. A certified Master Black Belt in Lean/Six Sigma quality improvement, she is also fluent in four languages, and has lived and worked across five continents.
Katie learned management and leadership at GE – across healthcare, financial services, and technology industries. She has founded and supported non-profits and communities her whole life, and devoted the last 10 years to social and public service, most recently as Deputy Assistant Administrator for Global Health at the U.S. Agency for International Development. Her passion is to help mission-driven organizations make the world a better place—and to do so faster, better, smarter, and more creatively.
A graduate of Yale University with a Masters' degree from Georgetown, Katie currently serves on the boards of Medical Teams International and Muso Health. She lives in the Washington D.C. area, and is devoted to her family and her community.
Gabriela Taylor is an experienced guru in learning and development with demonstrated progression in project management, specifically process improvement management and change initiatives. Strong global fluency and promoter of positive organizational health and culture. A team strategist, serving leader, and a strong believer in lifelong learning.
